- Responsible for overall management and running the manufacturing plant.
Experience House wiring cables, Flexible cables, AAC / AAAC conductors, Low Voltage power cables and Special cables.
Accomplish manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
Working out the human and material resources needed.
Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
Ensure the plant and equipment is implemented and maintained in accordance with Engineering standards, local and statutory legislation, ISO systems and Health & Safety legislation.
Develop and lead the continuous improvement activities within the team.
Ensure that safety and quality are a key element of the manufacturing culture.
Reviewing worker performance.
Identifying training needs.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Industrial engineering.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
5+ years experience in the relevant field.
Demonstrated leadership skills in a manufacturing environment.
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
