The company leases out motorcycles, part of a reputed Group of Companies
- One of our leading Client, a reputed Group of companies in U.A.E., require the above personnel for their Motorcycle Leasing .
The desired candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Ensure professional service, profitability and monitor progress towards achieving goals.
- Plan and adjust workload of staff personal to match their skills and abilities.
- Handle dissatisfied Customers with all concerns / support and maintain relationship with all Clients / Customers.
- Ensure that all administrative functions are carried out within company policy and procedures.
- Ensure availability of workforce, tools, equipment and floor space as per requirement.
- Evaluate barrier, impact / reason of delay and take corrective action/counter measures.
- Conduct weekly floor meeting and necessary training to all working staff.
- Assume ownership over team productivity and manage workflow to meet or exceed quality service goals
- The desired candidate must be:
- Aged not more than 38 years.
- Minimum 5 years experience in relevant position and industry (preferably GCC / Gulf)
- Degree / Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
- Fluent in Written and Verbal English.
