Tank Inspector needed urgently
We are recruiting for one of leading Construction Company in RUSSIA for below positions.
Position : Tank Inspector
Qualification required : B.E Mechanical Engineer
Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in oil and gas or EPC industry.
Location : Amur , Russia
Job Requirements :
Preparing and generating quality control documents like Quality Control Procedures (QCP), Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and Audit Check Lists.
Surveillance & witnessing of daily construction activities as per Inspection test plan.
Coordination with the field subcontractors for all welding procedure specifications and procedures qualifications reports.
Handling Material receiving inspection of spools, valves, fittings etc.
Interpretation of Radiographic Films and witnessing the NDE activities (PT, MT, UT)
Qualifying and reviewing of PQRs, WPSs and Inspection Test Plan as per relevant codes and specification.
Overseeing quality of works any deviation occurs raised the Non-conformance and corrective action and maintained register.
Review of Material Test Certificate and preparing Material Acceptance Report (MAR)
Conducting tests like Tank circularity Verticality check, Peaking &banding checking, On each Shell Course On the Tanks
Conducting Vacuum Box Test, RF pad Air Leak Test, Roof Plate Leak Test, Hydro Test, Tank, Foundation settlement During & after Hydro Test, As per Procedure.
Co-ordination of all destructive and Non-destructive testing at various sites for
different clients.
Reviewing final Packages for Hydro tests, approving & releasing for Hydro test.
Preparation of Weld map (Pressure Vessels/Columns/Storage Tanks/Spheres).
Inspection of Surface preparation & Painting (DFT, Adhesion) as per approved procedures.
Conducting complete inspection of the various tanks such as basic repair and maintenance.
Inspected all the tanks in accordance to the standards laid by API for the various storage tanks such as API- 620, 650 and 653.

CSWIP 3.1 /3.2 Certified Welding Inspector.
API-653 - Certified Storage Tank Inspector
ASNT NDT Level II
ISO 9001-2015 Certified Lead Auditor.
Remuneration offered : 1800-2300 USD
Other benefits : Accommodation in the dormitory, 3 meals a day on construction site
