Project Manager - Tank Maintenance
- BE- Mechanical Engineer
- Minimum 20 years of experience in which minimum 10 years project management experience specific to carrying out major tank mechanical repair works on large diameter, above ground vertical cylindrical bulk storage tanks (fixed roof, floating roof and dome roof types) within the Oil Refilling Industry or Petroleum Storage Industry.
- Be fully familiar with API 650 and API 653 Codes.
- Competent in planning, organizing. Leading and directing work on multiple job sites.
- Be suitably experienced in carrying out on-site and off-site fabrication and installation work (plate work. stricture work and pipework) as required under Section 16 and Section 16 of this Specification.
- Have good communication skills in the English language, both write and spoken and be a competent and rational problem solver.
- Be competent in performing risk hazard analysis assessments and developing site safety action plans as well as leading and directing others in all environmental, health and safety matters.
- Be able to provide accurate daily work progress reports.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - OIL & GAS CIVIL
Job Description
The main responsibilities include providing planning, leadership, direction and technical expertise in managing the timely procurement of materials, equipment / plant and labor resources, delivery to site and construction of the sub contract work packages, mainly comprising of Building Structures, Tank foundations and minor Pipe Lines for the EPC 1, EPC2 and EPC 3 work packages of the Refinery project.
Requirements
- BE - Civil Engineer
- Minimum of 15 + years of experience in a Construction Management (Civil Works) within an Oil and Gas environment for a construction contractor
- Construction management background and capable of reviewing existing contractor operations and managing timely delivery
- At least 5 -10 years work experience within the Middle East
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Ability to liaise with a wide variety of staff and Clients at all levels
- Computer literate in the essential MS software, i.e. Word, Excel
- Ensure adherence to the procedures for material, labor and plant / equipment procurement and timely placed and delivered
