Roles and Responsibilities
Our Client is looking for a fresh graduate with a degree in Business and Economics (MBA from Premium Institute) with Emphasis on Mathematics for a Financial Analyst position to be responsible for the financial planning and analysis of the company, allowing the organization to make well-informed commercial decisions.
At the heart of a Finance Analyst, the job description should be the ability to determine the best use of resources to achieve business objectives. They will be expected to produce regular reports using financial data, and work collaboratively across the entire finance team to analyze business performance and strategy.
Duties and responsibilities
- Forecast future revenue and expenditures to help determine budgets for upcoming projects
- Searching and reporting on financial information, as well as monitoring financial movements within the market
- Analyzing current and past financial data
- Looking at current financial performance and identifying trends
- Preparing reports on the above information and communicating the insights of these reports to the wider business
- Consulting with the management team to develop long-term commercial plans
- Suggesting budgets and improvements based on the above information
- Exploring different investment opportunities
- Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts
- Developing initiatives and policies that may improve financial growth
Job qualifications and requirements
- A degree from one top university in Business and Economics with emphasis on Mathematics and GPA of 75, A or 9 (depending on the grading system), minimum
- Strong working knowledge of financial software applications
- Able to compute performance of investment asset over time
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to accuracy and detail required
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Outstanding presentation and reporting skills
- Abreast of industry updates
- Able to work in a team
- Ability and willingness to learn and grow with the job
