Paint Production Executive
Plan and monitor progress and movement of batches in all production equipment's . After approval pack in required pack sizes . Work to resolve stuck batches with the help of Technical and QA . Post the batches in ERP system immediately after batch completion. Analyse batch cards and identify areas of improvement and implement . Monitor consumption of half packed material, post pack samples. Monitor consumption of rejected / NCIP material as per plan. Monitor safety in complete production area's and total plant area . Work in shifts as per plan and requirement. Resolve customer complaints in time.
Work as a production team member to carry out responsibilities in paint processing and all production activities.
Identify and bring the Raw materials required from the RM warehouse, weigh properly as per batch card and charge into the production equipment's as per sequence of addition and process control requirement.. Note the batch no./ Lot no. of RM on batch card.
Record every Raw materials added on batch cards.
Carry out shade matching of production batches in time.
Carry out batch adjustments as required to approve the batches as per specification
