an expatriate / expat from Water/Electricity Business for heading customer service department

Customer Strategic Plan, Customer Charter, Customer Management Plan, CRM strategy, Customer Survey, the contact center and call center specification.

Expat / expatriate OR must have worked for 2-3 yrs at international location for customer service / cust. survey / CRM etc. for Water Business industry. 

Must have Exp. of strategy planning, team develpmnt, call center / service center development
