Experience: 10 to 16 yrs.
We are looking for Regional IT Manager/IT Head.
Position is based at Nigeria (Lagos).
Create and maintain regional IT roadmap in accordance with the regional business plans and in alignment with the global IT roadmap.
Partner with business teams in the region to provide IT enabled solutions for solving business problems and help the operations to achieve its business goals.
Provide focus to the regional IT priorities and coordinate with the central IT team to execute these priorities and for the benefit of the operations in the region..
Evaluate business requirements, draw out specific programs, budget for such programs/projects, get approvals from business, execute such projects and ensure that business gets the desired benefits out of such programs/projects.
Ensure IT governance of the region is in accordance to the global IT governance including IT policies, procedures & standards with appropriate amendment to suit local compliance.
Provide end user support and ensure that the IT infrastructure is accordance with local compliance.
Set service level agreements in discussions with the business and ensure adherence to them.
Ensure users are trained continuously so that systems are appropriately used.
Increase efficiency of IT systems in the region and help business derive maximum benefits from the IT investments made.
Lead and mentor the regional IT team.
