Position: Marketing Manager
Job Location: Venezuela
Reporting to: Country Manager
Team size: Around 8 members.
Experience: At least 6-8 years of experience
Key Deliverables:
1. Strategy & Portfolio Management of the country
a. Ideate and co-create country strategy
b. Formulate product portfolio in line with the corporate strategy
2. Top Line & Bottom Line Achievement:
a. Ideate and formulate Brand Strategy
b. Identify and explore opportunities for Brand Building
3 . New Product Launch:
a. Identify and Analyze Market Potential for New Product Launch
b. Supervise discussions regarding viability with Finance Team
c. Administer Sales Projection and sampling plan
d. Monitor Promotional Activities
e. Ensure regional launch meetings for the new product
4. Field Work:
a. Supervise teams joint work with Field employees
5. Process Compliance:
a. Monitoring the team for effective implementation of Brand Promotion activities
Key Performance Indicators:
1. Increase in Market Share of the Brands
2. Increase in Revenue
3. Efficacy of Marketing Campaigns & promotional spends
Academic Background and Key Experience Requirements:
1. Education
a. Required: Graduate (Science/Pharmacy) with MBA
b. Desired: M. Pharma with MBA
Operating Network:
The position reports to the Country Manager. It will have constant interface with Sales Managers, Packaging, GDC, NPD, Dispatch, Demand Planning, SSC etc.
Externally the position needs to work with various partners like the Ad Agencies, Vendors, Suppliers, Event Management Agencies
1. Looking for candidates having exposure to Venezuela market into Pharmaceutical Marketing of various therapeutic drugs.
2. Candidates interested into international marketing and for Venezuela location are applicable.
