Conceptualizing & planning the sales and marketing strategy in line with the organizational objectives and execute it.
Understand business solutions, which offer an end to end platform for customer needs.
Ensures growth with the present clients
Generate new leads for business development
Add new Clients
Analyze client opportunities based on strategic & revenue/profit potential
Responsibility will include client relationship management, business developments and technical presentation along with pre sales team.
Lead, coach, mentor, train and develop team members to take additional responsibilities
Oversee the sales cycle from client generation & revenue generation

Ability to use present network to get business quickly -Self Starter.
Commitment to customer satisfaction.
Candidate residing in Silicon Valley or Bay Area California will be preferred.

Excellent presentation skills, confident and articulate.
Good personal communication and interpersonal skills, team player.
Superior analytical skills and strong commercial acumen are important prerequisites.
Ability to handle the pressure and expectations of quarterly revenue targets.

Proven track record of managing large accounts and closing large enterprise deals.
