The key holder is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing all Customer Service activities of the Group. The primary account abilities are
- Providing help to customers using the organizations products;
- Investigating and solving customers' problems
- Liaising with the factories to track avail abilities of the goods.
- Ensure timely and smooth release of products for loading.
- Reserving the goods ordered by the customer on the computer based on our online reservation system.
- Corresponding with the Factories in case of product defects or complaints and ensuring the correction of such defects.
Graduates with 7+ yrs of exp in Customer Service Functions of which last 2 years should have worked as a Customer Service Manager with independent responsibilities of the Dept. in a reputed FMCG company involved in Exports and Local Distribution.
