Foreman - HVAC, Electrical & Civil for Luanda (Angola)

HVAC Foreman

Experience: 6 to 11 yrs.

• Installation, Commissioning of HVAC system, Equipments like AHU, Screw chillers, centrifugal chillers, FCU, VAV etc.
• Look after the individual discipline works of the site and are responsible for the day to day progress, quality & timely completion of the work.
• Provides reports of the site management in respect of quality & progress.
• Check resources for adequacy & quality.

Education: Diploma Electrical Engineering / ITI

Experience: 6 years to 12 years

Job Location: Luanda, Angola 

Erection and commissioning of package and centralized A/c plant. Erection of  chilled water pipes ducting, pumps ,AHU,
FCU, Exhaust fans
Experience in Air conditioning load calculations, static and head calculations, duct and pipe

Prior GCC experience is must.

Experience with High Rise Building / Commercial projects.

Electrical Foreman

Experience: 6 to 11 yrs.

• Installation/Precommissioning of electrical equipment 
• Look after the individual discipline works of the site and are responsible for the day to day progress, quality & timely completion of the work.
• Provides reports of the site management in respect of quality & progress.
• Check resources for adequacy & quality.

LAYING OF POWER CABLES AND CONTROL CABLES, INSTALLATION OF G.I CONDUITS AND CABLE TRAYS, ERECTION OF LV AND MV SWITCHGEAR AND GLANDING AND TERMINATION OF POWER AND CONTROL CABLES

Prior GCC experience is must.

Experience with High Rise Building / Commercial projects.

Civil Foreman

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.

• Carpentry works for shuttering, reinforcement steel and concrete 
• Execution of RCC, BBS, Structural, Plaster and all finishing work
• Allocation of Job to workforce.

Education: Diploma Civil Engineering / ITI

Experience: 6 years to 12 years

Structure form work, steel work and concrete. Finishing work (Block work, plaster, every kind of flooring).

Prior GCC experience is must.

Experience with High Rise Building / Commercial projects.
