a. Responsible for managing Group companies HR activities
b. Responsible and implementation of HRMS, Corporate HR Guidelines and procedures
c. Exposed to Balance Score Card, Lean Management practices and other HR beneficiary practices
d. Control HR Managers of Group companies and ensure healthy HR systems are implemented and followed uniformally
e. Possess good leadership qualities and taking the people along and also people friendly
f. Grievances handling, Conduct periodical / motivational training programmes
g. Conduct periodical HR meetings with group companies staff to understand staff motive and creating healthy atmosphere
h. Liase with Management and apprise periodically healthy status of staff.
i. Effective manpower sourcing and fulfilling the operational needs
j. Healthy and ""Fit"
J. Age below 38 years

Smart, Dynamic MBA-HR having worked in a reputed Group companies and heading HR.
INTERVIEW WILL BE SCHEDULED IN MUMBAI
Note ;
a. This position to be closed ON URGENT basis, hence should be in a position to join at short notice
b. Should have necessary Domestic / Official clearance on relocation to Oman
c. Preferable having prior Gulf experience in functioning as Group HR Manager
