* Providing the highest level of executive staffing services to the organization. Leading a team to attract top talent to our Vice President level and above positions for the Global organization. Performing full lifecycle recruiting and maintaining excellent relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Creating near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding and personal organization.
* Leading a team of executive recruiters geographically disbursed around the world, while establishing and maintaining solid working relationships with senior leaders across Mylan to actively recruit for senior-level roles
* Overseeing daily operations in regards to the identification, screening, interview, hire, pre- employment screening process through on- boarding of new Executives into the organization while maintaining reports regarding the daily operations of recruitment and effectiveness of recruitment efforts
* Leading search "kick off" meetings with hiring managers to discuss job descriptions, search plans, industry information, industry contacts, etc. to develop the recruitment strategies. Creating, writing, and formatting job descriptions, which may include analyzing market descriptions and data.
* Interviewing and screening candidates, making hiring recommendations to executive leaders for assigned positions. Managing both the internal and external recruitment process. Providing continuous feedback to hiring managers and managing the candidate experience.
* Managing the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting. Delivering and negotiating job offers with candidates, including coordination and explanation of salary packages, benefits, and relocation.
* Collaborating with other departments in HR (Compensation, Benefits, Associate Relations, and Relocation) to resolve issues and driving improvements to candidate experience, process, etc.
* Ensuring all recruiting practices are in compliance with applicable local employment laws and company policy. Promoting and maintaining fair employment practices. Taking the lead in identifying, negotiating and managing the relationships with external search firms.
* Refining and increasing the quality of search delivery and the diversity of slates. Staying abreast of employment trends affecting the recruitment function, current employment legislation and policies.

Here are the qualifications for this position:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and minimum of 6 years of executive search experience. Previous "in-house" executive search leadership experience is preferred. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
* Demonstrate a deep knowledge of talent acquisition for senior executive positions, including recruiting strategy development, candidate management, and leadership assessment and selection
* Demonstrated experience presenting in a variety of formal and informal settings, including working with senior business leaders in a consultative manner
* Ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and determine creative solutions to challenging recruiting needs
* A deep understanding of competency based interviewing, exceptional candidate management skills, and a sophisticated understanding of compensation practices
* Must possess interpersonal, organization, communication, time management, multi-tasking, and computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes
* Must be able to build and maintain trusting relationships with employees and managers
* Results-oriented and driven to achieve and exceed goals
