Develop a comprehensive understanding of all product lines & a basic understanding of the entire Company portfolio.
Develop Traditional and Non-traditional sales channel NGOs, hospitals, Governmental, private, universities..etc
Registration with all NGOs & Governmental agencies and follow up for tenders. RFQs.
Technical documentation, service scheduling & follow ups
Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the Branch, while maintaining focus on the companys strategic goals.
Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
Establishes performance goals for all sales department employees, and monitors performance on a continual basis.
Arrange transport /logistics and ensure items are shipped by the most expedient and cost-effective methods. Must effectively communicate with clients, customs agents and transportation companies to ensure the shipments arrive in a timely manner and in good physical condition.
Oversees all hiring, training and firing of personnel and management of the Branch.
Coordinates sales operations with all other departments /divisions of the Company.
Develops and/or maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the Company.
Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.
Develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan.
Develop and maintain a strong work relationship with key opinion leaders and contacts with other relevant agents.
Effectively execute and manage every element of the sales process on an individual level and build a top notch direct sales team;
Responsible for driving revenue and use learning's from that experience to refine sales processes and to build an appropriate team.
Attract, retain, train, and motivate a diverse sales force.
Prospecting and growing an account list, handling incoming leads and closing sales.
Standard measurements will focus on actual sales, profitability, and growth percentage within the business unit. In addition, developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of new customers will be a key indicator of future success expectations;
Utilize existing account management processes and reporting systems.

The candidate will be based out at Nairobi, kenya.
A candidate with a Biomedical engineering degree and/or finance background will have an added advantage.
Education: Bachelors degree in sales, marketing or similar fields from an accredited college or university an MBA is an added advantage.
Experience: At least Five years progressively responsible support experience. Sound background in management ability to work on their own accord.
Knowledge: Computer literate and good working knowledge of Microsoft software applications (MS Word and Excel).
Languages: Proficiency in written and oral English. Desirable: High degree of accuracy and competency required together with the ability to work methodically.
