IT Head (Bangladesh)

Experience: 12 to 22 yrs.

Responsibilities: 

• Leading a team of 10+ IT professionals to deliver quality information services in a manufacturing environment
• Drive corporate IT strategy in-country and ensure corporate standard is followed
• Partner with business managers to develop requirements and deliver efficient solutions to meet their goals
• Ensure project execution adhere to implementation timelines with proper communication and quality delivery
• Manage the infrastructure operation to deliver the LAN/WAN, Email, servers, help desk and desktop support service
• Develop and expand the IT team to support the business growth

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Information Systems / Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 12 years working experience with at least 5 years in managerial position
• Solid experience in project governance, vendor management and IT best practices
• Knowledge in manufacturing planning system, WAN/LAN, servers and SQL in a Windows based environment is essential
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills and mature personality in order to work directly with all levels.
• High integrity. Strategic thinker, self-starter, creative problem-solver, strong analytical skills and detail-orientation.
• Good command of spoken and written English
• The ideal candidate should be familiar with Bangladesh environment.
• This position is required to station in Bangladesh
