VP - HR for Manila (Philippines)

Experience: 10 to 16 yrs.  | Salary: U.S Dollars 90,000 - 1,00,000 & above P.A
Client prefers to hire local talent from Philippines, could be from any nationality, should have necessarily worked in a BPO environment. 
JOB PURPOSE
To implement effective HR solutions in the Operations Management business across Philippines while acting as a Strategic Business Partner to the Business Leader. The role also entails assistance to the Senior HR Leadership on research, conceptualization and design of the appropriate service delivery interventions.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
a) Business Partnering with Operating Leaders
b) Operationalize the Talent management processes and budgets efficiently 
c) Retention of key talent
d) Ensure compliance to all corporate processes, guidelines and government regulations.
e) Lead, train and motivate team members to develop a sound and effective HR organization for Outsourcing Verticals

Working with diverse set of operating leaders across various client verticals and client relations

Educational Qualifications
College Graduate, Bachelor of Science, preferably Masters degree HR or Certification.

Functional Skills
Experience in strategic planning and execution
Commercially focused -Knowledge and experience on Industry best HR Practice
Knowledge of systems, projects, and budgets as well as a sound knowledge of local and international best practice, policy and statutory requirements within the Human Resources field.
