Job Description
The HRMS Reporting Specialist Team is a sub-team under the HRMS Support Services group of HR Global Shared Services Center (GSSC) Manila. It is tasked to support the various Ericsson Regional, Group Function and Business Unit organizations to achieve operational excellence through implementation and usage of the HRMS Reports Delivery solution.

The HR Administrator for HRMS Reporting Specialist is responsible for the following activities:
Analyzes and validates all HRMS Report requests.
Involved in the following Report Delivery processes: New scheduled HRMS report requests
New ad hoc HRMS report requests
Change/Update of scheduled HRMS reports
Inquiries related to HRMS reports
Removal of scheduled reports
Removal of recipients of scheduled reports

Collaborates closely with the HR Global Reporting Team for the production and delivery of HRMS Report requests.
Communicates and coordinates directly with report requestors and acts as intermediary to HR Global Reporting Team.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioral Science or other related courses

- Highly analytical and keen to details

- With high quality approach and strong customer-orientation

- Effective communication skills

- Result/goal oriented, organized

- Flexible for recurring shifting schedules
