Cargo Handling Assistant for Emirates Airlines, Dubai

Experience: 2 to 3 yrs.

Job Purpose

• Perform the build up and breakdown of cargo/courier/mail and ensure swift and safe movement
• Inspect, count and validate the goods at every point ensuring goods are correctly received or dispatched as per service standards
• Process all documentation
• Process restricted articles in compliance with regulations and rules
• Accept and deliver with speed and accuracy

Qualifications & Experience

• +2 or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience in the air cargo handling/operations industry with a working knowledge of cargo build up, break down, acceptance, delivery and documentation procedures
• Certification in basic Cargo and Dangerous Goods Handling courses
