- Analyze compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures to ensure alignment with HR strategy, business objectives, market position and legal requirements.

- Perform market analysis with regards to compensation and benefits trend across the country and the region.
- Analyze and ensure that compensation and benefits programs adhere to relevant legislation and policies and procedures, and report analysis and required adjustments, if any, to Compensation and Benefits Specialist.
- Review and respond to queries based on compensation and benefits policies, procedures and guidelines; escalate to Compensation and Benefits Specialist when needed.
- Assist in analyzing costing, utilization and funding models to provide competitive plans to organization and recommend new and/or improved employee benefit plans and cost-saving measures.
- Assist in periodically reviewing and updating manager and employee compensation programs to maintain equity.
- Assist in designing the full range of compensation and benefits programs and identify eligibilities, based on approved grading structure. The programs include: salary structure, incentive programs and allowances, retirement, school fee reimbursements, visa reimbursements, consumable allowance, housing allowance for Qataris and non-Qataris, mobile allowance, baggage allowance for self (joining and family) and escort duty allowance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of pension program related to Qataris and GCC members based on Qatari pension law and other rules and regulations related to GCC countries.
- Process requests for increments, ensure accuracy of calculation and eligibility based on business rules, and notify changes if any.
- Process requests for salary data change, ensure eligibility based on business rules, and notify approval or rejection accordingly.
- Process individual requests for compensation adjustments, ensure eligibility, and notify approval or rejection accordingly.
- Provide support to employees and management regarding salary structuring
- Provide training to relevant Service Delivery team to enable proper execution of compensation and benefits related administration processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field with a specialization in Human Resource Management
- Certification in HR (PHR, SPHR) is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
