1. Implements systems to comply with health & safety regulations and ensure accident free sites
2. Plans and forecasts project budget (revenue & cost budgets) and resource requirements
3. Institutionalizes robust project management methodology / tools
4. Ensures project execution as per contract terms and conditions
5. Creates and executes project work plans and revises the same to meet changing needs and requirements
6. Ensures healthy cash flow for the project by timely collecting the receivables from customers
7. Ensure speedy & accurate claims management (identification, quantification, substantiation, documentation and presentation of claims)
8. Handle local purchase and payment related issues and co-ordinates with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods at the project site
9. Identifies, selects and gets work accomplished through competent sub-contractors
10. Implements continuous performance improvement programs to reduce costs, enhance productivity, asset utilization and resource optimization
11. Identifies, assesses and mitigates various risks related to project execution
12. Ensures adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
13. Responsible for timely approvals and submission of daily / weekly / monthly progress report in SAP
14. Interacts with client (at various levels) and participates in client review meetings
15. Interacts with local bodies, government agencies to ensure smooth execution of the project
16. Maintains complete project documentation with respect to design and construction
17. Develop the manpower plan for the project (including mobilization & de-mobilization plans as desired) and effectively manage recruitment, selection and retention of competent manpower
18. Ensure welfare and development of all employees at project sites
19. Create a culture of high performance in the project team and implement corporate initiatives related to talent management
20. Ensure compliance to all statutory and legal regulations
