- Develop and maintain a team of sales people / partner in the region
- Generate sales through a team of sales people / partners in order to achieve or exceed the annual sales targets.
- Identifying and creating new business opportunities in the region
- Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage and competitor activity
- Support sales team / partners in their efforts to accomplish the sales targets.
- Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
- Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
- Conduct online (web-based) and onsite demos of the RanceLab product suite
- Manage and monitor all activities through company CRM
To be an Area Sales Manager, you'll need to have:
