Area Sales Manager for Rance Computer Pvt. Ltd., Dubai

Experience: 5 to 7 yrs.  |  Opening(s): 3


  • Develop and maintain a team of sales people / partner in the region
  • Generate sales through a team of sales people / partners in order to achieve or exceed the annual sales targets.
  • Identifying and creating new business opportunities in the region
  • Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage and competitor activity
  • Support sales team / partners in their efforts to accomplish the sales targets.
  • Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
  • Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
  • Conduct online (web-based) and onsite demos of the RanceLab product suite
  • Manage and monitor all activities through company CRM

To be an Area Sales Manager, you'll need to have:
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Good business sense
  • The ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Travel on short notice
  • Valid passport

A background in software industry is a plus.
