We have V.Urgent openings for SALES COORDINATORs (2 NOS) with our clients at their Doha, Qatar Office.
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Giving all required support for the outdoor and key accounts sales teams.
- Handling direct walk in customers inquires.
- Responsible for prepare and validate all required sales quotations and sales orders.
- Help in following up with all customers for pending POs or submitted quotations.
- Notify and follow up with segment responsible sales executive for any new potential opportunities comes through their daily communication with the current and new customers.
Monthly Salary 2800 -3000QR bases of experience
Monthly housing allowance 1800 QR
Transportation allowance 400
Telephone allowance 300
Total salary 5300 QR
EXPERIENCE needed: 5 years in related sales or customer service fields
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: Bachelor degree
ANY ADDITIONAL SKILLS NEEDED: good computer skills, fluent English & good communication skills
AGE LIMIT: from 25 to 30 years (not married)
WORK LOCATION: Doha, Qatar
WORK HOURS / DAYS: 10hrs/ 5 working days
FOOD, ACCOMMODATION, TRANSPORT: allowances are included in the monthly package
OVER TIME (IF YES SALARY RATIO)/INCENTIVES: Incentives plan will be applied within 2014
CONTRACT TYPE: Two years renewable
VISA: working visa
LEAVE CYCLE: 21 working days / year
JOINING AIR TICKET: paid by the company
YEARLY LEAVE AIR TICKET: paid by the company
