Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.
Inspection of incoming materials from suppliers
Inspection of materials during production process, painting process and fixing on the site
Formulate paints, status of thinners for colors variation as prescribed by the engineers
Inspection of product samples prior to actual production.
Responsible for the final inspection and final packaging of product samples before submittal to clients.
Reducing waste materials through maintaining high level of quality products and adequate material flow process in production and painting departments.
Ensuring that every worker has got full personal protective safety gears during working hours and complies with all safety signs as well
Ensuring that all safety fire alarms and firefighting equipment are in order through consistent service maintenance from authorities
Ensuring that all new workers undergo safety induction before commencing their allocated duties
Ensuring that the working environment for workers is conducive at all times through enhancing sufficient and adequate factory cleanliness
Carrying out daily process inspection of products in production and painting sections accordingly and maintaining sufficient records of all products delivered to the site, project wise in a traceable manner
Submission of weekly reports of materials delivered to the site, project wise to the management and preparing handing over documents for every project upon completion
