Propose and execute for improvement in maintenance strategy e.g. Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), Condition Base Monitoring (CBM), Area improvement Team (ARIT) etc on all facilities/equipment to optimize maintenance overall program as to sustain high plant reliability, availability and efficiency.
Working experience in oil & gas industry, mainly in engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of electrical projects (brown field and green field) ranging from low voltage up to high voltage installations. Experience has covered electrical installations such as UPS, Chargers, Generators, Switchgears, Transformers, Motors as well as experience in electrical equipment maintenance up to high voltage equipment.
Plan, coordinate and implement overall electrical maintenance on related equipment within approved budget and resources through Maintenance Best Practices, in compliance with safety, quality and statutory requirements to achieve targeted plant availability and reliability for continuous plant operation.
Lead, plan and execute the electrical engineering activities which include conceptual and feasibility studies, in-house basic design, detail engineering ; engineering support during procurement and provide technical solutions on engineering issues during construction and commissioning phases of project through proper and thorough planning, coordination, interfacing, facilitation and feedbacks to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
