At least 8 to 10 years experience in FMCG industry
Candidate with UAE or saudi experience will be preferred
Person will have to implement HR Policies
Ensure JDs and KRA's are in placeEstablish and lead execution of Company Human Resources Strategy. Create long term strategic plan
Formulate recruitment plans as well to ensure high levels of retention and motivation. Regular monitoring of reward mechanisms to define more effective performance.
Conduct performance management reviews for Direct Reports and ensure proper systems are in place for appraisal and assessment of all employees
Identify the training requirements of the employees and ensure right training programs are in place
Ensure that all Licenses, registration requests and approvals are submitted to government entities on time
Initiate any legal action with regards to Misappropriation, Theft, Default payments and misconducts and coordinate any cases that are filed against the Company.
Ensure all documentations are completed for registration of employment contracts
