- Develop and execute the volume hiring strategy ensuring cost effectiveness, right source mix and on time delivery.
- Partner with HR leadership in maintaining a strong recruitment framework and hiring strategy
- Effectively network with business and channel partners to meet numbers.
- Would lead a team that would handle all MIS reports and manage pre-boarding activities of all new hires at team member level
- Lead a team that ensures new hire documentation is complete and recruitment dashboards are regularly published to stakeholders.
- Implement and administer performance management process for the team as per the PMS policy and timelines
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances
- Maintenance of financial expenses and provisions

- Graduate/MBA HR with overall 6 - 10 years of experience with minimum 5 years of hands on recruitment experience in an International BPO

- High energy levels and decision making capabilities that support robust execution of plans
- Skills in strategizing, planning and delivering alternate approaches aimed at enhancing business results in a demanding environment
- Strong influencing and presentation skills and maturity to operate at a senior level
