IT Command Centre Systems Manager for MINDTECK, Bahrain

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field from an accredited institution
• 3 to 5 year experience in Banking IT industry e.g. FlexCube for Core banking.
• Ensure quality services are performed to the agreed SLA.
• Experience working instructured IT Service Management ITSM within ITIL, ISO27001controls, BS25999 Business continuity process and governance framework of PCI DSS accreditation
• Knowledge in IT operations and systems batch closing
• Understanding of resources and capacity planning lifecycle
• Understanding ofservice desk performance and activities
