Roles and Responsibilities
1. Achieve Self/Team Sales Orders Target on time and in a timely manner and quarter distribution
2. Achieve Self/Team Invoicing Target on time and in a timely manner and quarter distribution
3. Ensure and overseeing collection of due invoices when required
4. Assist and coordinate all design & presales work with the solution architects & technical team
5. Overseeing, preparing & submitting proposals & quotations to clients
6. Overseeing, assisting & managing projects along side the technical team to ensure completion
7. Complete projects on time & within budget and ensure client satisfaction
8. Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to be attached in every implementation where possible
9. Ensure SLAs renewal for existing clients
10. Participate in any required specialization with vendors in order to achieve certain partnership pre-requisites & training (especially Cisco)
11. Develop & maintain strong and committed relationship with partners/vendors (especially Cisco)
12.Develop a sales pipeline with qualified prospects & opportunities and provide details/report to Division Manager in a timely manager.
13. Develop a sales commit list on a monthly basis and report it back to respective Division Manager
14. Develop and maintain a strong and reliable client database in the assigned vertical and manage the clients (Accounts) in order to secure maximum & repeated business.
