Experience: 4 to 9 yrs. | Salary: INR 7,00,000 - 9,50,000 P.A
- Accountability and oversight of general ledger activities, including expense and revenue forecasting.
- Oversight and monitoring of payroll and Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable manage credit and collections, manage aging report, invoice weekly/monthly/quarterly, manage cash in advance.
- Lead key parts of budget/forecasting processes.
- Enhance revenue and expense forecasting with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Responsible for budgeting of personnel, capital and/or operations expense.
- Raise Local Purchase Orders, Negotiate best market prices, etc
- Manage and oversee merchandise and contracts.
- Assist in preparing and/or reconciling of various management reports.
- Review Sales performance.
- Develop financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
- liaise with auditors to carry out annual audit reports.
- Create Annual management accounts
- File monthly tax returns and oversee all tax and regulatory/compliance issues (local Tanzanian Tax procedures training will be provided)
- producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines;
- Monitor cash Flow and manage daily petty cash
- Organize month-end salary report of all departments and all employees
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, QuickBooks and Tally
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance policies, procedures and internal controls.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate analytical findings both verbally and in writing.
- Proven ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and work under deadline pressure.
