Lead the Human Resource initiatives for the HO and various project by providing end to end HR Support
In conjunction with the project business heads, consolidate the manpower requirements for the respective projects
In coordination with the project team, ensure that the projects are adequately staffed within the stipulated timelines and allocated budget
Support the recruitment process by conducting interviews along with the respective line manager
Lead the on boarding process for new recruits from the HR orientation stage to the completion of functional induction
Ensure that the Probationary reviews are completed within the specified guidelines. Support the Line Manager to address performance discrepancies, if any
Responsible for driving the talent management initiatives for the business unit
Responsible for driving initiatives within the business unit that will facilitate employee retention
Responsible for ensuring that the performance appraisals are conducted on time and in a qualitative manner.
Ensure employee queries are addressed in a timely manner through frequent contact and support
Generate division specific/HR specific reports in a timely and qualitative manner
Taking care of administrative processes under employee benefit program.
