Key responsibility: 1. To Improve Literacy Level amongst Service Staffs
2. Conduct orientation Program for new joiners.
3. Develop and test new ideas related to training.
4. Conduct technical and non-technical and soft skill training.(PAN NIG)
5. Center with Management and conduct surveys to identify training needs,
design the training and execute the same.
6. Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia, visual aids and other educational material for staffs.
7. Visit Dealer location ( PAN) NIG and Impact Traveling base on their needs.
8. Conduct Diagnostic training to improve productivity.
9. Assist HR Department for fresh recruitment.
10. Assist workshop in diagnosing critical problem and with solution and develop
technical remedies for existing problems in the field.
11. Prepare related reports.
Preference : Soft and technical skills Trainer in passenger car industry Good Motivator Good written and spoken English communication Efficient at document and database management.High standards of professional conduct with a commitment to excellence.
