Junior Messaging Administrator - IT for Dubai

    Day to day administration and support of our hosted Exchange environment (Hosted Exchange 2010 and OCS 2007/Lync)
    Liaise with vendors to drive improvements and ensure resolution of issues and open tickets
    Day to day troubleshooting of Outlook issues
      2+ years" experience supporting users in an Exchange environment Intermediate knowledge of messaging application troubleshooting, with respect to Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, networking.
      Working knowledge of other messaging.
