Robotic Process Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Planning, implementing, developing, and integrating robotic systems,
• Ensuring coordination by carrying out necessary work for the implementation of production plans related to manufacturing processes,
• Participating in new project rollout activities,
• Adapting the work to lean manufacturing techniques and developing improvements/Kaizen related to processes,
• Conducting time studies and working on efficiency improvement projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Metallurgy and Materials Engineering,
• At least 5 years of experience in sheet metal manufacturing and robotic welding/laser cutting technologies,
• Proficient in MS Office, 3D modelling, and offline robot programming software,
• Preferably holds a Welding Engineering certification,
• Proficient in written and spoken English,
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills, able to adapt to a fast-paced work. environment

Assembly Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Working on proposal packages,
• Carrying out new product rollout activities,
• Communicating with customers regarding technical requirements,
• Developing investment and development plans in accordance with technical specifications,
• Conducting production processes using lean manufacturing techniques and carrying out Kaizen activities for process improvement,
• Preparing and updating technical documentation related to production processes,
• Conducting time studies and working on efficiency improvement projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Electrical-Electronics Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical and electromechanical assembly,
• Preferably experienced in space or optical technologies,
• Knowledgeable about general manufacturing methods, assembly, and subsequent testing, inspection, and calibration,
• Proficient in written and spoken English,
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills, able to adapt to a fast-paced work. environment.

Machining Supervisor

General Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering,
• Minimum 8 years of experience in machining,
• Preferably experienced in manufacturing aluminum structural parts in the aerospace industry,
• Proficient in CAD/CAM software and CNC programming,
• Knowledgeable about three-dimensional measurement devices and other measurement equipment,
• Familiar with AS9100 and other aerospace-specific quality standards,
• Proficient in written and spoken English,
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills,
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, flexible with working hours.
