Position Overview: Lifenity Genomic Laboratory is seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Care Manager with upsell capability. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting our mission to deliver outstanding laboratory services.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead the customer care team in providing exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Address patient inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the testing process.
Understand patient/client needs and recommend appropriate services that adds value.
Utilize effective communication and sales techniques to upsell while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about lab offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively address customer needs.
Gather customer feedback and report insights to management for continuous improvement.

Knowledge of lab tests including genetic and molecular tests, Customer Relationship
