Sales Manager for Posh Technologies Pvt Ltd., Dubai

Experience: 5 - 8 yrs
    1. Should have experience in selling Microsoft Technologies /Solutions Focus area Mobility/SharePoint/Office 365.
    2. Handling international Locations like US , UK and European countries. Should be middle East markets specially UAE.
    3. Should have sold Sharepoint/ Office 365 Apps/ Windows 8 Apps OR mobility services- IOS, Android .
    4. He / She will have the responsibility of driving overall revenue for the region / assigned territory 
    5. This include achieving revenue targets as well increasing overall Client satisfaction in existing accounts within the region
    6. The responsibility covers both retaining & growing existing accounts Revenue base as well as adding new accounts to the region portfolio.
    7. The role also carries responsibilities for landing Key Solution Priorities inline to the company vision & strategy to drive market making wins which can be scaled broadly. 
    8. The candidate should have the ability to manage customer relationships at all levels including CxOs and Divisional and Line of Business VPs
    9. He/She skills to have solid experiences around commitment achievement, pipeline and investment management, marketing strategy. At the same time the role will also ensure that regional Sales Force have necessary resources to drive revenue for the region and develop key opportunities for the account as a whole.
    10. Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring new accounts by building strategic relationships articulating a clear vision that generates enthusiasm and impacts multiple divisions within the prospecting account leveraging diversified yet strong services Portfolio (Marketing, Recruitment & IT (Infra & Application Solutions) leading to account acquisition.
    11. The candidate will also be responsible for knowing the competition, its strategies, and tactics within the Region of Sales Operations
    12. The candidate should be capable to leverage the strong global Presence, relationship with Partners & success stories across POSH within the vertical / domain / territory.
    13. The candidate should have strong people management skills with track record of attracting and developing talent. Self-starter and self-motivated.
