- We are currently hiring for a mid-level HR position for FINDIT.com The incumbent will be responsible to support the Business Unit management. Specific responsibilities include:-
- Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development.
- Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information, recommending courses of action.
- Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems, evaluating potential, coaching and counseling managers and employees.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements, anticipating legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- The Candidate should be from Indian Origin with a work experience in Malaysia.
- 4 to 5 years of Experience in HR generalist profile.
- The Candidate must be familiar with the Malaysian Laws and regulations.
- The Candidate should have hands on experience on Training and development.
