Service Managers & Executives (2 And 3 Wheelers)

Experience: 5 - 7 yrs


  • Checks the overall functioning of 2/3W equipments and its usage by the dealer service staff.
  • Checks for all service policies and the systems laid down by Client and its adherence of the same by dealer staff
  • Knowledge of 2/3W automobile functioning and related parts
  • Responsible for proper 2/3W warranty administration of the dealership. Monitoring parts consumption in the workshop & ensuring stock level at every dealerships.
  • Knowledge on Demo and installation Assistance, Knowledge to latest service industry practices
  • Handling customer complaint and Customer Retention Activities
  • Field Technical Information Report and expansion of secondary service network
  • Handling Dealers(2wheelers/ 3 wheelers), Network expansion, knowledge & experience in auto OEM (original equipment manufacturing) industry
  • Responsible for Developing the skill level of the Manpower in co. Dealers by conducting Service Training Programs

    • Dealer development, channel management.
    • Coordinates the involvement of sales supports personnel, including customer support, service, and management resources, so that team performance objectives and customers expectations are met.
    • Proactively inspects sales activity and effort among sales associates managed, ensuring that the quality and quantity of sales effort meets company expectations.
    • Identifies deficiencies in skills among sales associates managed, and works to improve individuals capabilities through coaching, development, and training.
    • Works with market management to ensure market-level strategic and business objectives are met by the sales team.
    • Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives.

Spares Parts Warehouse Manager (2 and 3 Wheelers)
Experience: 5 - 7 yrs

  • Inventory controls/warehouse

  • Overlook the work of staff
  • Meets assigned team quotas for sales, profits, and strategic objectives.
  • Experience in 2 wheelers and 3 wheelers warehouse management
  • Experience in multiple spare parts dealer management

Accountant / MIS Executive
Experience: 2 - 4 yrs
  • Processes payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, employee
  • reimbursements, and statements.
  • Calculates rates paid for purchases and all price extensions.
  • Verifies items billed against items ordered and received and reconciles differences through follow-up with the vendor/ and/or others
  • Enters, updates, and/or retrieves accounting data from automated systems.
  • Posts financial data to appropriate accounts in an automated accounting system,
  • according to instructions.
  • Reviews transactions for changes and accuracy and corrects errors.
  • Retrieves system reports.
  • Disburses funds using manual/local warrants or petty cash and makes change according to specific instructions.
  • Endorses warrants or money orders, prepares account deposit ticket, and deposits
  • money as directed.
  • Files and/or removes records and reports.
  • Operates standard office equipment.
