- Call centre administrator to control the call system
- Experience: 3 years and above in administrative filed or as an administrator in the call center or customers service
- Age: shall not exceed 35 years
- Administrating the team and ensuring the proper work progress.
- Ensuring the fulfillment of training requirements.
- Assuring updating data of staff regularly.
- Following up work progress and controlling daily closures. Drafting and filing reports to the Ministry administrator.
- Coordinating with the company to provide a substitute upon taking leaves of all kinds, and coordinating break times between the staff. Maintaining the standards of service quality.
- Experience: more than 1 year in call centre or customers service
- Age: shall not exceed 30 years
- Provided the candidate shall pass the interview and the test carried out by the ministry.
- Summary of basic assignments and duties:
- Attending the in-quires of customers via telephone or e-mail.
- Receiving feedbacks /remarks/ notifications of customers / taking appointments for the mobile customer service centre.
- Registering the customer at the e- services system, establishing service order, filling feedbacks on the services provided to customer at his/ her location.
- Undertaking questionnaires via telephone.
- Maintaining the standards of service quality.
- Any other tasks assigned by the administration.
