Qualification : Master’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field / diploma in relevant domain
Experience : Should have at least 07 years of strong working knowledge in HR domain. Good familiarity with business usage of Internet & MS Office applications
Should be an excellent team player and have the ability to direct subordinates to achieve team goals
Should have strong presentation skills and be able to represent the function in top managerial and audit meetings
Responsibility :
Recruiting staff - This includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
Following up with manpower agencies to address the manpower needs of the organization
Very good at head-hunting and capable of building strong business relationships with parties concerned
Commencing initial HR screening to shortlist the potential fits for further technical evaluations
Maintaining good business relationship with departmental heads & other internal customers (employees) to strengthen Employee Reference channel
Should be capable of handling entire recruitment life-cycle right from initial screening till final on-boarding
Negotiate with prospective employees to close the vacancy within budgeted salary.
Maintaining up to date HR data (viz. Visa Summary, Recruitment Summary & others)
Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
Planning, and sometimes delivering, training, including inductions for new staff.
Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
Designing / upgrading & implementing the most effective Performance Management practices across the organization to monitor employee performance and align it with business objectives
Look after the probationary evaluations of employees and strengthen the practice to be a prime criteria for an appropriate action on the employees’ services.
