- Position at a glance:
The role will support the clients Campaign Measurement and Business Analytics team and could be responsible for:
Design and/or execute campaign measurement plans relevant to the learning agenda of each campaign, drawing on your knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels, statistics, and the available data sources
Track campaign sales, analyze the quality of the new customer relationships, and interpret the results
Measure the profitability of marketing campaigns and work with financial analysts to tie the results to forecasts in the business case
Communicate your findings to a diverse audience in order to share learnings and improve future campaigns
Requirements
1-2 years in direct response marketing analytics such as Direct Mail, Email
Knowledge of financial concepts (NPV, IRR, etc.) and basic statistical concepts
Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
Consultative skills
Demonstrated fluency in analytical SQL programming
Demonstrated fluency in SAS programming (Base SAS, SAS/STAT)
Ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time
Excellent communication skills, advanced level of English
Collaboration expertise, building strong partnerships with stakeholders, including campaign managers, product managers, modelers and analysts
Preferred:
o Teradata SQL and/or SAS programming
o Proficient in Tableau and other BI tools
o Background in retail financial products
o Experience with cross channel measurement (both online and offline)
Education and experience
Graduates (preferably in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research) / B. Tech. / B. E. , M.B.A. from a reputed institute with 1-3 years of relevant experience in analytics across Banks and other financial services.
