Secretary for Qatar

    • 3-5 years of experience in Automobile field is a must .
    • Graduate & should have dealership experience.
    • Computer SkillsTraining & Certificates dealer standards.
    • Prepare / manage correspondence, reports, memos, emails and other office related documents.
    • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements.
    • Take type and distribute minutes of the meetings.
    • Maintain schedules and business calendars. 
    • Arrange and confirm appointments.
    • Organize internal and external events.
    • Coordinate with HR department in the processing of all type of HR Services (Employees leave applications, Residence Permit renewals, Manpower Requirements)
    • Very good skill in word processing and spreadsheet. 
    • Computer Skills(Knowledgeable in Power Point is a must)
    • Able to maintain good relationship with staff.
    • Good Communication Skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
    • Ability to do office correspondence independently.
    • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
    • Proven experience in information and communication management.
    • Gulf Experience Preferred.(Can join soon.)
