- 3-5 years of experience in Automobile field is a must .
- Graduate & should have dealership experience.
- Computer SkillsTraining & Certificates dealer standards.
- Prepare / manage correspondence, reports, memos, emails and other office related documents.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements.
- Take type and distribute minutes of the meetings.
- Maintain schedules and business calendars.
- Arrange and confirm appointments.
- Organize internal and external events.
- Coordinate with HR department in the processing of all type of HR Services (Employees leave applications, Residence Permit renewals, Manpower Requirements)
- Very good skill in word processing and spreadsheet.
- Computer Skills(Knowledgeable in Power Point is a must)
- Able to maintain good relationship with staff.
- Good Communication Skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to do office correspondence independently.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Proven experience in information and communication management.
- Gulf Experience Preferred.(Can join soon.)
