Candidate should have worked on below skills.
Data modeling techniques, 
Storage efficiency for database objects,
Database monitoring & Design methodology tools, 
Database security, Backup and recovery, Capacity planning. 
Main Accountabilities Include:

1. Design, develop, and implement SQL database instances for the development and production environments. 
2. Create and manage multiple databases and assist in capacity planning
3. Monitor, maintain database systems and troubleshoot problems that may arise
4. Maintain data integrity and security (manage roles and permissions of database users)
5. Use tools like SQL Profiler for database tuning. Generate traces, execution plans, identify performance issues, deadlocks/contention and resolve them.
