- Should have 8+ year experience (out of which 5-years should have worked in Gulf in similar capacity)
The Camp Administrator is responsible for running and supervising large staff/labour accommodation. He shall look after all aspects of camp administration including employee service, maintenance & reporting.
He will be first point of contact between employees at HO
Responsible to arrange all types of accommodation for staff & labour as per requirement
Supervising and controlling accommodation which involves cleaning, maintenance, occupancy, safety & security on daily basis
Should have the ability to handle and solve employee issues in a fair & firm manner and also able to interact with different nationalities and cultures
To monitor employee movements and their discipline at Camp
Checking rooms every day for absent or sick employees.
Prepare daily absentee report and send it to office everyday morning
Hospitalization of employees/organizing transport for emergency cases
Keep updated records for all employees staying in accommodation and handle allocation of rooms for new comers
Maintain record of new arrivals/departures
Coordinate daily employee transportation
Dealing with unexpected visitor from Government entity coming for any inspection
Inventory record of all consumable items used in the Camp
Keep record of water tanker if buying from outside or meter reading every week
Disposal of sewage water and maintain record of tanker hire-in
Good communication skills multi-lingual ability preferred
Strong personality with leadership qualities ability to solve problems
Security supervision (police/military background advantageous)
Up to date record keeping
Computer operating skills preferred
