Sales & Marketing Manager for Qatar

    CORE SKILLS:
    An experienced sales & marketing manager in a large scale woven plastic bag manufacturing company
    Ten plus years of progressive leadership experience in sales positions.
    Specialized training in woven plastic bag production and other woven product technical issues, preferred.
    Holding a degree in relevant subject to the post; i.e. Marketing management, etc.
    A good understanding of a modern sales & marketing managers role and responsibilities.
    A good overall administration experience for all aspects of this area of the business preferred with iso standard implementation skills.
    Experienced with crm or other customer management and control systems, preferred.
    Good general staff management skills and experience.
    Computer literate with modern sales and sales order support database software as well as word, excel, power point and e mail.
    Language main communication English, arabic and hindi.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    Have a good understanding of the global woven plastic bag business and other relevant packaging sector products such as fibc and container liners.

    JOB KEY TASKS:
    Main tasks to be agreed with line manager and updated as required. Initial tasks:
    All sales & marketing task including;
    ? all product sales for the company;
    ? develop customer database;
    ? routine sales reporting
    ? carryout regular customer visits in the region and overseas;
    ? all marketing activities including shows and exhibitions;
    ? seek new customers;
    ? develop departmental budgets;
    ? departmental recruiting and staffing;
    ? commission and bonus schemes;
    ? new product development and documentation;
