Qualification : Graduate Civil Engineer

Experience : Should have 12 - 15 years of experience, with min 5 years in a similar position of a large civil engineering or building project.

Aluminum Façade Manager 

Qualification : Engineering graduate

Experience : Should have 15 – 20 years experience in Aluminum Facade: Cladding, Curtain walls, Windows and Doors industry. This position demands developing, establishing and operating an independent Aluminum Façade unit.

Engineering Manager / Structural Engineer 

Qualification : Graduate Civil Engineer 

Experience : Should have min 10 years experience, with 3 to 6 Years in the construction of design/build Building projects Middle Eastern experience is required. 

Sr. Procurement Engineer 

Qualification : Graduate Civil Engineer 

Experience : Should have 5 to 10 years experience, with 3 to 6 years in the field of materials and services procurement for construction contracts in a senior position. Previous on-site experience in a Middle Eastern country is required.

Contracts Manager / Contracts Engineer

Qualification : Graduate Civil Engineer

Experience : Should have 5 to 10 years experience, with 3 to 6 years in the field of commercial and contracts management of building construction contracts. Appropriate experience in the Middle East is required.

Operations Manager (Joinery)

Qualification : Engineering Graduate

Experience : Should have 15 – 20 years of experience in Carpentry & Joinery. 
This position demands developing, establishing and operating an independent Carpentry & Joinery unit.

Sr. Manager (Projects) 

Qualification : Graduate in Civil Engineer 

Experience : Should have 20 to 25 years experience, last 3-4 years in similar position, operating multiple building projects (Residential, Commercial & Industrial). 

This senior position demands proven leadership qualities and experience in leading a team of Project managers, Construction managers, Engineers, technical and non-technical manpower and plan, execute and commissioning of projects on scheduled time and cost. 

Scaffolder Engineer

Qualification : Engineering Graduate

Experience : Should have 5 – 6 years of experience. This position demands design scaffolding structures to support construction  work on a variety of projects.

The role involves surveying the site, attending design meetings, working on CAD systems, undertaking design calculations and risk assessments, having expertise in tubular structures.
