Safety Coordinators for Qatar

Urgently required for a leading Construction Company involved with Operation & Maintenance of International Airport Projects in Qatar.
-Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Operation & Maintenance of Airport Projects.
-Familiar with hazards identification and first aid. 
-Minimum requirements e.g. 30 hours OSHA in Construction/Industrial or IOSH management safety course or international general certificate (IGC) NEBOSH. 
-Review Method Statements and prepare Risk Assessments for Tasks to be performed during the Construction of the Project 
-Implement Works Permits 
-Continuous Site inspections to provide Safe Workplace, prevent Property Damages and Environmental Impacts 
-Ensure that incidents are properly investigated and reported with and reported with the emphasis on preventing reoccurrence
-To exhibit a safety conscious attitude to promote ES&H culture among the work force 
-Enforcement of ES&H policies and procedures including the authority to stop the work in cases of imminent danger or flagrant violation of rules
-The candidate should be energetic, and of responsible character, carry a technical diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering preferably with 3 years of technical experience,
-The candidates will be further trained as required
-Gulf experience is preferred.
