Sales Coordinator for Bin Moosa & Daly Ltd LLC in Sharjah, UAE

Any Nationality

◊ Handle general secretarial works i.e., writing correspondence, schedule meetings etc.
◊ Preparing quotations, proforma invoices, submittals and other related paper works.
◊ Update CRM software Salesforce with quotations, proforma invoices, queries, leads, export requisitions, client/consultant database and other internal documents on behalf of the concerned sales person.
◊ Co-ordination and follow-up with the warehouse and procurement staff regarding orders/deliveries.
◊ Maintain organized filing system of every paper works done i.e., purchase orders, quotations, submittals, invoices, data sheets etc. for every sales person.
◊ Act as a primary customer resource for calls emails when a sales team member is out of office.
◊ Handling calls with regards to any inquiries about the company’s products, value added services, latest promotions and other general queries.
◊ Coordinate with Credit Executive/Office Manager regarding customers’ credit facility.
◊ Keeping track of stock availabilities duly coordinating warehouse/procurement staff and inform sales people.

Qualification: Graduation in any stream

Experience :

3 Years of hands on experience in a similar role.

Age: 25 – 35 Years 

Sex: Male/Female

Computer skills:
Good in MS Office, internet and emails
Knowledge of Focus system desirable

Language skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Arabic an added advantage

Functional skills:
Selling and interpersonal skills
Problem solving skills.
Excellent team player with sound work ethics
