- Major Job Responsibilities:
1. Broad Function: To achieve continued growth in sales and profit by initiating, co-ordinating and implementing activities pertaining to East African countries. Managing the Distributors & the Field Force. Facilitating all business activities e.g. marketing research, registration, stocking, logistics, sales, tendering, payments, etc.
2. Principal Responsibilities:
a. Planning, Developing & implementing the marketing plans and strategies to achieve the sales objectives; co-ordinate with the Product Management Team to develop country specific promotional strategies; provide market feedback.
b. Establishing the Company & its products in the assigned countries;
c. Train, Develop & Motivate the Field Force; Developing a stable team & stable operations.
d. Ensuring that the Distributors implement the agreed norms e.g. timely payments, order preparation & placement, pricing, etc.
e. Opening new markets in East Africa; Identifying good local partners, negotiation of terms, product selection, pricing, co-ordination for prompt registration.
- Looking out for a candidate with the following skills:

2. Good Track Record
3. Good communication skills
4. Willing to re-locate immediately (Valid Passport)
Preferably with two to three years experience in handling Formulations Business in Africa, in a reputed Pharma Company OR over one year experience as a first line manager (Sales) in India, in a reputed Pharmaceutical Company.
