Project Secretary/ Document Controller for Saudi Arabia

Experience: 5 - 10 yrs

Assist for day to day activities like: to prepare Document Transmittals of Client & Vendor, Document Control Index (DCI), Vendor Document Control Index (VDCI), Minutes of Meetings, presentations in PowerPoint, prepare reports 
Correspondence with Client and Vendor (Incoming & Outgoing) through Email and Courier & maintain all the communication and documentation according to the Client's and UHDE - QA's requirement.
Responsible for receiving, logging and distributing all technical documents and assisting in coordination and monitoring of administrative activities to facilitate & expedite the work flow.
